| Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015, the Company has fixed September 23, 2015 as the cut-off date to determine members who shall be entitled to cast their vote by electronic means on the businesses to transacted at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 30, 2015 during the period commencing from 9.00 a.m. of September 26, 2015 to 5.00 p.m. of September 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Consequently, the same cut-off date of September 23, 2015 would also determine members who do not cast their vote electronically, to cast their vote at the said AGM on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company would be availing e-Voting services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). | |
