Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider adoption of Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Code of conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for the corporate invent as stated below:<BR><BR>- Corporate event Date : February 12, 2016<BR><BR>- Window closure period : February 10, 2016 to February 16, 2016.<BR><BR>The trading window will open on February 17, 2016.
