Sharp India Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Companys Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 ,it is hereby notified that Trading Window for Trading in Companys Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed from May 21, 2016 up to May 30, 2016 for the purpose of the Board Meeting scheduled on May 28, 2016 inter - alia to adopt the Audited Financial Results of our Company for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Insiders, Specified Persons, Directors etc. cannot trade in Companys securities during the aforesaid Trading window closure period. They can trade in Companys securities on and from May 31, 2016 until the commencement of the next trading window closure subject to the conditions and restrictions as laid down under the above-said Policy.
