In terms of Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders & SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 ,it is hereby notified that 'Trading Window' for Trading in Company's Securities (Equity Shares) will remain closed from Monday, 8th May 2017 up to , Wednesday, 17th May 2017 for the purpose of the Board Meeting scheduled on Monday,15th May 2017 inter - alia to adopt the Audited Financial Results of our Company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2017. Insiders, Specified Persons, Directors etc. cannot trade in Company's securities during the aforesaid Trading window closure period. They can trade in Company's securities on and from Thursday, 18th May 2017 until the commencement of the next trading window closure subject to the conditions and restrictions as laid down under the above-said Policy:
