| With reference to the earlier announcements on July 13, 2013 and March 07, 2014 regarding entering into a joint venture agreement with Sequent Scientific Limited to develop, manufacture and sell veterinary products inclusive of both API (Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients) and formulations in the global market, Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd has now informed BSE about the following updates:<br/><br/>The Joint Venture Company named Alivira Animal Health Limited' ('Alivira') has successfully completed the following actions:<br/><br/>1. Alivira Animal Health Limited has allotted 74,00,000 equity shares to Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited in consideration for the transfer of the Shasun's Vizag Unit.<br/><br/>2. Alivira has also allotted 21,14,165 shares to Devicam Capital LLP, an enterprise jointly owned by the Promoters of Shasun Pharmaceuticals Limited and Sequent Scientific Limited for cash. | |
