Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 13, 2015, allotted 31,600 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each under the ESOP Scheme.<BR><BR>The paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 13,44,47,704/- consisting of 6,72,23,852 equity shares to Rs. 13,45,10,904/- consisting of 6,72,55,452 equity shares.
