Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>"We would like to inform you that there was a fire accident at New production block during trial & commissioning in Cuddalore API facility around 11.30 p.m on 16th November, 2015. We regret to inform the sad demise of one worker in the accident. One more injured employee has been admitted in the hospital for treatment. The company has informed the government authorities about the same and investigating the root cause of the accident.<BR><BR>The damage on account of fire is being assessed for which the company has adequate insurance cover. However there will not be any significant loss of revenue or production due to the above accident."
