Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Pankaj Garg has resigned as CFO and the Board accepted his resignation at its meeting held on November 11, 2019. <BR> <BR> On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Dhruv Chandra Mathur as Chief Financial Officer.<BR>
