Shilchar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Kirtikant P. Shah, Independent Director has vacated his office of director pursuant to the provisions of Section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from April 01, 2014. The Company has already intimated the said vacation of office to the office of ROC, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.<br/><br/>Accordingly, Mr. Kirtikant P. Shah has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014.
