Shilchar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2016, inter alia, passed following resolutions/ decisions:<BR><BR>1. The Board recommended Final dividend of 5% to the shareholders.<BR><BR>2. The Board proposed increase of remuneration payable to Mr. Alay Shah, Managing Director Subject to approval of Members and Central Government.<BR><BR>3. The Board decided August 13, 2016 as date of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
