| Shilchar Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2016, inter alia, to approve Audited Financial Results for the 03rd quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Clause 7 of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Company's shares / securities, the Trading Window for buying / selling / dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 19, 2016 to February 02, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Company has informed and advised by email to all KMP and related parties to refrain from dealing in Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period. | |
