Shilpa Medicare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following among other items:<BR><BR>1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company as well as the Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider the payment of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 1992, it is further intimated that Trading Window would remain closed from May 22, 2015 to May 31, 2015, both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents):<BR><BR>- Directors<BR>- Designated Employees<BR>- Auditors
