Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2014, inter-alia, has considered and approved the allotment of 4,93,16,136 equity shares as bonus issue in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity shares as approved by shareholders at its 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 01, 2014.
