Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to notification of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of SCI passed a circular resolution approving/ adopting the revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading. The said code has been displayed on SCI website under the section Investors. Adoption / Approval of the revised Code will be put for information in the forthcoming Board Meeting on May 21, 2015. The formats of declaration under the revised Code will be displayed on the website thereafter.
