Shipping Corporation of India Ltd (SCI) has informed BSE that M/s Sarda and Pareek and P.S.D. and Associates, who were the Statutory Auditors for SCI the financial year 2013-14, have ceased to be so. The Limited Review for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 will be done by M/s. Sarda and Pareek.
