Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Resignation of Sri Vivek Chawla as nominee Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Capacity expansion project up to 1.00 Mn. TPA was reviewed and deferred for the time being. In the meantime an Interim Business Plan for Capacity expansion up to 0.2 Mn. TPA was approved as proposed by the Project Management Committee.<br/><br/>3. Project Management Committee has been authorized to take decisions for Leasing, sale, disposal, or to deal with the idle fixed assets in the best interest of the Company.
