Board has appointed Mrs. Harpreet Kaur as Independent Women Director pursuant to provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Board has confirmed the appointment of M/s. AMR and Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditors of the Company pursuant to provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
