Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company for Insiders of the Company will remain closed for 7 trading days before the declaration of financial result till the 48 hours of making the said financial result available to the public i.e., from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016.
