Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd has informed BSE that in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance of SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, Company has formulated a code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI). The referred code will be effective from May 15, 2015.
