Shivam Autotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:<BR><BR>1. The Board has considered and approved the revision in the remuneration of Mr. Neeraj Munjal, Managing Director of the Company w.e.f April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board has considered and approved the revision in the remuneration of Mrs. Charu Munjal, Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2015.<BR><BR>3. The Board has decided to execute the Power Purchase Agreement with Clean Wind Power (Manvi) Private Limited.<BR><BR>4. The Board has decided to execute the Shareholder's Agreement with Hero Wind Energy Private Limited and Clean Wind Power (Manvi) Private Limited.
