Shivam Autotech Ltd has informed BSE that, with reference to the Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Companys securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of trading hours on October 09, 2015 till the close of trading hours on October 17, 2015 as per the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.
