With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 03, 2014 regarding Updates on Financial Results for March 31, 2014, Shiv-Vani Oil and Gas Exploration Services Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have corrected the figures in Column 16 of Standalone financial results. The figure was written wrongly due to clerical mistake.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Corrected Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014.
