Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<BR><BR>1. Conversion of Outstanding Interest of Bankers' into Equity Shares of the Company of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 5.955 pursuant to CDR scheme.<BR><BR>2. Conversion of unsecured loan of Promoters contribution into Equity Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 5.955 pursuant to CDR scheme.<BR><BR>3. To Conduct of Postal Ballot for taking approval of Shareholder in the above mentioned points 1 & 2.
