| Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015 to inter alia consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015, has been adjourned to June 06, 2015 because of lack of proper quorum.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Board Meeting will now be held on June 06, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window will remain closed from June 01, 2015 to June 08, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
