Shoppers Stop Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated "The Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" and "The Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders" and the same is effective from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>The Code of Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information is also posted on Companys website.
