Shoppers Stop Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, inter alia, to consider & approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended & Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from January 16, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive).
