The Exchange has been informed by the petitioner Eros International Media Ltd. that the Official Liquidator has been appointed as the Provisional Liquidator of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956 vide order dated September 12, 2013 in Company Petition No.257 of 2013. Copy of the Notice for taking possession of the assets of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. (In Prov. Liq.) dated May 06, 2014 in this regard is attached.<br/><br/>In terms of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, the Exchange had sought clarification from Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. on the aforesaid Company Petition No. 257 of 2013 and whether any appeal for stay on the aforesaid order has been filed in the court. Till date the Exchange has not received any confirmation from the company wrt any appeal being filed.
