Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company (through circular resolution) has approved payment of second Interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 at the rate of Rs. 12 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each.<BR><BR>The Dividend will be paid from March 21, 2016.
