With reference to the earlier intimation dated December 29, 2015 regarding conducting Board Meeting for approval of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Six Months ended on December 31, 2015, Consideration of payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-16 and Closure of Trading Window.<BR><BR>Shree Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that Board meeting for the above purpose is preponed and now will be held on February 02, 2016 at Kolkata instead of February 03, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the record date for payment of interim Divided, if declared by the Board in the above meeting, shall remain same i.e. February 11, 2016 (No change in record date).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window will new remain closed from January 25, 2016 to February 04, 2016 (both days inclusive).
