Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2014, inter alia, has declared interim dividend @ Rs. 10/- per Equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2013-14. The date of payment of Dividend will start from February 05, 2014.
