Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, in the above meeting, Board would also consider payment of Second Interim Dividend for the Year 2016-17.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from January 23, 2017 to February 01, 2017 (both days inclusive).
