Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with applicable rules, and the provisions of listing agreement with stock exchanges, the Company is offering e-voting facility to Its members in respect of businesses to be transacted at the said Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The Company has fixed October 03, 2014 as the cut-off date to ascertain the entitlement of shareholders to cast their vote electronically on all the resolutions at the said Annual General Meeting. The same cut-off date would also be applicable to ascertain the entitlement of shareholders, who do not cast their vote electronically and wish to cast their vote physically at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The Company would be availing e-voting services of Karvy Computershare Pvt. Limited.
