Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has been following the "July-June" as its financial year till June 30, 2015. In terms of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the financial year of the Company is required to be ended on 31st March every year. Companies are required to align their financial year in line with the provisions of Section 2(41) of Companies Act, 2013 within the period of two years i.e. on or before March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In compliance with the above requirement of the Companies Act, 2013, the current financial year i.e. 2015-16 of the Company would be closed on March 31, 2016 and subsequently, the financial year of the Company would be "April-March". Consequently the current financial year of the Company would be of 9 months period.
