With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 24, 2014, intimating about the in principle approval given by the Board for acquisition of 1.50 MTPA cement grinding unit of Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. situated at Panipat in the State of Haryana on going concern basis, Shree Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that Company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. on September 19, 2014 for the above transaction. The transaction is subject to obtaining necessary approvals and consents.
