Shree Ganesh Forgings Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 15, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>For prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
