| Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this respect, pursuant to Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Promoters / Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from August 04, 2015 to August 16, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
