| Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(1) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014, the Company will provide its Shareholders the facility to exercise their vote for transacting the items of ordinary and special business at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) by Electronic means. The Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the said AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules there under.<br/><br/>The Company would be availing e-Voting Services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited. | |
