Shree Ganesh Jewellery House (I) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Promoters / Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from May 19, 2015 to June 02, 2015 (both days inclusive).
