Shree Global Tradefin Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has further acquired 43.76% in M/s. Indrajit Properties Private Limited (IPPL) and consequently, Companys shareholding in subsidiary, IPPL stands to 100%. Hence after this acquisition company (IPPL) become wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
