Shree Hari Chemicals Export Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received a notice from regional officer Raigad, of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board under Section 33A of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and 31A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 directing to close down the manufacturing activities at the Company's factory at A/8, M.I.D.C. Industrial Area, Mahad, Dist. Raigad (Maharashtra).
