Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from November 12, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
