| Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results along with statement of assets & liabilities of the Company for the quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further note that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, The Trading Window of the Company to deal in equity shares shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from May 21, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the March quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016.<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors which is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter/Year ended on March 31, 2016. The decision as may be taken during the meeting shall be intimated immediately after conclusion of the same. | |
