| With reference to the Company's notice for postponement of Board Meeting for considering and approving unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015, Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd has now informed BSE that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from November 07, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the September quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015.<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors which is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter and Half ended September 30, 2015. | |
