Appointment of Miss Priyanka Saraf as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014 designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).<br/><br/>2. Appointment of Mr. Vikas Jain as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. August 14, 2014, designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
