Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from May 23, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the March quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015..<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors which is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
