Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, for consideration and Approval of the Un-audited Financial Results and auditors limited review report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window of the Company to deal in equity shares shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from February 07, 2017 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the quarterly results to the public.<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors as mentioned above.
