Acceptance of resignation of Mr. Mayank Lashkari from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. July 30, 2015 designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Prateek S. Ghatiya as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. July 30, 2015 designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP).
