Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd has informed BSE that at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) which was scheduled to be held on July 13, 2015 at the Registered Office of the Company, could not be held due to the absence of requisites quorum pursuant to the provisions of Section 103(1) (a) (iii) of the Companies Act, 2013. Therefore the said Meeting stand adjourned sine-die under Section 103(2) of the Act. <BR><BR>The Company shall intimate the proposed date, time & venue of the next meeting shortly.
