Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2014, for approval of FORM NO PAS-4 Private Placement Offer Letter [Pursuant to section 42 and rule 14(1) of Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014] for the Preferential Issue to the Promoter Company to the tune of Rs. 160 Crores, pursuant to the CDR Scheme approved.
