With reference to the earlier letter dated July 03, 2014, the Company issued a public notice in accordance with the provisions of the Shelf Prospectus and Tranche-I Prospectus dated June 24, 2014, through an advertisement (Copy of newspaper cutting of the advertisement is enclosed) in the newspapers on July 04, 2014 in connection with early closure of the Tranche-I Issue.<br/><br/>Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has now informed BSE that accordingly, July 04, 2014 is the last day for inviting subscriptions in relation to the Tranche-I Issue and the Tranche-I Issue will close on July 04, 2014.
